I love helping businesses shape their future, supporting their growth, and placing candidates that will play a pivotal part of that future success. To be involved in this, as well as the candidates personal journey is hugely rewarding.

What is my Recruitment experience?

I started my Recruitment career 12 years ago, at the grand age of 20! After 5 years recruiting various types of roles in Cheltenham I made the move to London. I joined PVH where I recruited internally across all Head Office & Retail roles, before re-joining the Agency world specialising in Merchandising, Store Design, Property and Marketing.

Why did I start Vivid Recruit Ltd?

After years of working with some great mentors and larger agencies, I decided it was time to take the plunge and launch my own business. Launching Vivid Recruit allows me to fully thrive on my own way of working, and partner with clients and candidates who genuinely want to create long lasting, valuable relationships.

What do I do in my spare time:

I recently ran my first marathon in London. Training for this was one of the hardest and most disciplined things I have ever done, it did however ignite an unexpected love for running and I shall be signing up for Berlin 2024. With the rest of my time I love to travel, try any new Italian restaurant and spend time with my two gorgeous indoor cats, Snow & Reign.
